Hoppy, the Rookie of Team 4 Dawg Flite

Hoppy is the youngest member of Team 4 Dawg Flite. He joined the team in December, 2008. Named for the old-time cowboy movie star, Hoplong Cassidy, Hoppy is a 2-year-old yellow Labrador Retriever. Although he had not done too much athletically before joining Team 4 Dawg Flite, Hoppy is now learning to retrieve and dock dive.

Hoppy had his first dock diving experience in Louisville, Kentucky, in January, 2009, at the Boat and RV Show. He never actually entered the water, but he sure had a good time up on the dock. And he almost jumped.

                                                  

Well, maybe next time!

Hoppy did enjoy kissing his mama up on the dock and visiting the crowd in the stands.
